In accordance with its investment strategy, BBI Development invests in development projects by entering special-purpose vehicles and/or granting them cash loans.

The SPVs to which BBI Development accedes are established as general partnerships or limited partnerships. BBI Development has full control over these companies.

BBI Development’s investment portfolio currently includes seven projects. The assumptions of all these projects are fully compliant with BBI Development NFI’s investment strategy, and they are all characterised by exceptionally attractive, unique locations acquired at a sensible price.

Over the next few years, the SPVs used for carrying out the Company’s portfolio investments will make investment outlays of about PLN 1.5 billion and will build about 225,000 square metres of usable space. This makes BBI Development NFI one of the largest and most significant investors on the development market, and especially in Warsaw.
