Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz – Member of the Management Board
Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz (44) graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1996. Furthermore, in 2004 he completed a specialist course in real estate management. In 1990 he underwent a one-year design internship at the Atelier de Architecture Georges Rhally in Switzerland. He is a co-author of all designs developed at the design studios of JKKT sp. z o.o. and Juvenes sp. z o.o., including the Bell cosmetics plant in Józefów, the Centrum Praha cinema-retail-office complex, apartment blocks, and current projects being implemented by the SPVs of the Issuer. Since 2009 he has held the post of the chairman of the District Social Dialogue Committee of the Praga-Północ district of Warsaw.
Presently, apart from the position of the Member of the Management Board of the Issuer, Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz holds the following functions: Vice President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Symfonia sp. z o.o.; Vice President of the Management Spółdzielnia Budowlano-Mieszkaniowa Juvenes; Vice President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Projekt sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Serwis sp. z o.o.
Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz is currently the partner of the following companies: Projekt Dolna sp. z o.o. Inwestycja Tarchomin sp.k., MTP sp. z o.o. Projekt Developerski 1 S.K.A., Juvenes-Symfonia sp. z o.o.,ASE sp. z o.o.
The business activity conducted by Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz is not of competitive nature in respect of the activity conducted for the Issuer. Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz is not involved in a company competitive in respect of the Issuer as a partner of a private partnership, partnership, or as a member of capital company body, and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mr Krzysztof Tyszkiewicz has not been entered in to the register of insolvent debtors of the National Court Register.
