Rafał Szczepański - Vice President of the Management Board
Mr Rafał Szczepański (48) is a graduate of the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw, and also completed post-graduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He also completed a specialist course in real estate management.
Presently, apart from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer, Mr Rafał Szczepański holds the following functions: President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Symfonia sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of Spółdzielnia Budowlano-Mieszkaniowa Juvenes; President of the Management Board of Juvenes-Projekt sp. z o.o.; member of the Supervisory Board of Nowy Plac Unii S.A.; President of the Management Board of Realty 4 Management sp. z o.o.; member of the Management Board of Zarządzanie SEZAM sp. z o.o. At present, Mr Rafał Szczepański is a partner of the following companies: Projekt Dolna sp. z o.o. Inwestycja Tarchomin sp.k., Mazowieckie Towarzystwo Powiernicze sp. z o.o. Projekt Developerski 1 S.K.A., Juvenes-Symfonia sp. z o.o.
According to his statement, Mr Rafał Szczepański conducts business activity under the business name: Rafał Szczepański doradztwo i obsługa inwestycji.
The business activity conducted by Mr Rafał Szczepański is not of competitive nature in respect of the activity conducted for the Issuer. Mr Rafał Szczepański is not involved in a company competitive in respect of the Issuer as a partner of a private partnership, partnership, or as a member of capital company body, and does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mr Rafał Szczepański has not been entered into the register of insolvent debtors of the National Court Register.
