Members of the Supervisory Board Paweł TurnoPresident of the Management Board of BB Investment Sp. z o.o. Studied at the Poznań School of Economics and at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Graduated from the Institute of Sociology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he worked as an assistant reader for two years. He was a founder, and, in 1989-1997, President of the Management Board of Emax Sp. z o.o. In 1990-1994 he was the founder and President of AMS S.A. He is currently President of the Management Board of BBI Capital S.A.; Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of BMT S.A, Tell S.A, BBI Development NFI S.A. and Raido Media S.A.; and a Supervisory Board member of Public Profits Sp. z o.o, Sygnity S.A. and Invento Sp. z o.o.Małgorzata CieślakA licensed property valuer, member of the Warsaw Association of Property Valuers, Property Market Advisers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Since 2006, President of RICS Poland.Małgorzata Cieślak has more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate market. She started her career at Price Waterhouse Real Estate (later Knight Frank Real Estate) in 1996. In 1999-2001 she worked at Tesco as a co-architect of plans to expand the chain in Poland. In 2001-2006 she was a manager, and subsequently deputy director, in the real estate department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She gained a wide range of experience in real estate, participating in many kinds of projects (including valuations, feasibility studies and business plans) and conducting projects connected with the real estate market both in Poland and abroad. She is currently working at Hypo Real Estate Bank International, where she is responsible for Central and East European markets.Włodzimierz GłowackiA legal counsel, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1997 he passed his legal counsel’s examination. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Poznań. In 1994-2000 he was an assistant reader at the Department of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law in the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 1996-2003 he was joint founder and partner of the company running the law firm Głowacki, Grynhoff, Hałaziński, Woźny Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań. He is currently general partner at Włodzimierz Głowacki i Wspólnicy Sp. k. He is a Supervisory Board member of Telewizja Kablowa Poznań S.A., Wielkopolska Telewizja Kablowa Sp. z o.o., Internet Cable Provider Sp. z o.o. and Śrubex S.A.Michał KurzyńskiMichał Kurzyński is a graduate of Warsaw University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. He was awarded his master’s degree in law in 1997, and in 2003 he became a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. He started his professional practice in 1994 at the law firm Dickinson, Wright, Moon, van Dusen & Freeman Sp. z o.o., and in 1996 – 2002 he worked for Baker & McKenzie Sp. z o.o. as a lawyer in the M&A team. Since 2002 he has been working at Wierzbowski Eversheds, where he currently heads M&A and Real Estate. He has provided a legal service for many projects connected with mergers and takeovers of companies. He has also taken part in numerous privatization projects, carried out legal analyses of companies and prepared transaction documents where in many cases an essential part of the work involved analyzing the legal status of real estate and assessing the concomitant risks.Ewaryst ZagajewskiA graduate of Łódź University’s Faculty of Economics and Sociology and Łódź Polytechnic’s Faculty of Mechanics. Holds licences to practise as a securities broker, adviser on public trading in securities, property valuer and actuary. In 1991-1993 he conducted economic activity in estate agency and commercial intermediation, and in 1994-1995 he headed the Investment Consultancy Team at Bank Przemysłowy S.A. (after restructuring: Polski Dom Maklerski). In 1995-1997 he was head of the Analysis and Investment Consultancy Team at BM Bank Rozwoju Eksportu BRE BROKERS, while in 1997-1998 he directed the Department of Asset Management at Dom Maklerski BMT. In the period 1998–2005 he was Investment Office Director at PKO/Handlowy Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. From May to October 2006 he was a Management Board member of Noble TFI S.A., and since 2007 he has been a Management Board member of TFI Trust S.A. and Thaurus Wealth Management Sp. z o.o.
